How it works
How individual leases work
You
You apply and sign for your own bedroom, with a guarantor if you need one. Roommates each sign their own lease.
Your bedroom
It comes furnished, locks with its own key, and gets its own line on the bill for rent and utilities.
Your lease
If a roommate moves out, transfers or stops paying, it never becomes your rent to cover.
