- You need a one, two, or three bedroom apartment
- You can provide photo ID and proof of income for everyone who earns

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Who qualifies for Cedar Commons?
Households whose total yearly income is at or below 60 percent of the area median income for their household size. Limits are set by household size, not by apartment size, and are shown on the apartments page.
How long is the waitlist?
It depends on the apartment size and how many households are ahead of you. Waitlists move in the order pre-applications are received, and we can tell you where a given size stands when you apply.
Are housing vouchers accepted?
Yes. Housing vouchers, including Section 8, are welcome at Cedar Commons.
What if my income changes after I move in?
Your rent is set based on your income at move-in. Programs like this one require an annual recertification, and your rent can be adjusted at that time if your income has changed.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed with an application and a pet policy on file. Ask the leasing office for the current pet guidelines when you apply.
