About
About Ridgeline Residential
A regional property management company with nine communities, on-site teams at each of them and one central office in Midtown.

Ridgeline Residential was founded in 2009 to manage one building. The first was Juniper Court in Southgate, taken on from its owner that year and still a Ridgeline community today. The owner wanted someone to answer the phone, keep the apartments full and send a statement that was right, and that is still the whole job.
Today Ridgeline manages nine communities and 800 apartments across six neighborhoods of the metro, with 34 people on staff and one central office at 800 Commerce Street, Suite 300 in Midtown. The portfolio runs from student housing in University District to senior living in Maple Ridge, and from a converted warehouse to a high-rise.
Each community has its own on-site team for leasing, maintenance and resident questions, with a regional manager over each neighborhood. The central office handles leasing support, accounting, owner reporting and the community websites and listings, so the people on site can spend their day with residents rather than paperwork.
How we work
How we work
Three habits that every on-site team is held to, at every community.
We answer the phone
The central office line is answered by a person during office hours and the maintenance line is answered 24 hours a day. Voicemail is a last resort, not a system.
We publish rents
Every community page on this site shows the current rent for every floor plan and how many are open. The numbers come from the same system the leasing office uses, so what you see is what you are quoted.
We fix things fast
Routine repairs are scheduled within two business days and emergencies get a technician the same day. Every request gets a work order number, so nothing is lost between the resident and the person holding the wrench.
Leadership
Who runs the company
Three people at the central office, and a regional manager in each neighborhood who reports to them.
Dana Whitfield
Dana started the company in 2009 with one building and still walks every community at least once a quarter.
Marcus Bell
Marcus runs maintenance, apartment turns and renovations across all nine communities, and the contractors who work on them.
Priya Natarajan
Priya oversees the on-site leasing teams, rent pricing and the community websites, and every renewal offer goes out on her schedule.
Careers
Work at Ridgeline
Ridgeline hires leasing consultants, maintenance technicians and community managers as the portfolio grows, and promotes from the on-site teams first. Every new employee spends the first week at a community rather than at a desk. To ask about open roles, send a note through the contact page and choose Other, and the office will reply within two business days.
Fair housing
Fair housing
Ridgeline Residential follows the federal Fair Housing Act and all state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability or any other protected class in the leasing or management of any community. Every employee completes fair housing training each year, and requests for reasonable accommodation are handled by the on-site office or the central office, whichever is easier for you.
Looking for an apartment?
Every community page shows current rents and what is open right now, across all nine communities.
