Real prices, on the page
Every competitor we researched hides pricing behind a contact form. We do not. Here is what a leasing site costs, what the care plans run, and what add-ons go for. Decide before you ever talk to us.

Own your site instead of leasing it
Most apartment website vendors bundle the build into a monthly subscription you pay for as long as you stay. We charge once for the build, then a small care plan. Here is how that adds up over three years.
CommunityPro build, once, plus Basic care at $99/mo. You own the site the whole time.
- $4,500 one-time build
- $99/mo hosting and care
- You own it and can host it anywhere
- No build cost ever again
A common "website included" subscription at $500/mo. Stop paying and you usually lose the site.
- $500 a month, every month
- The build is rented, not owned
- Passes our entire build cost in about 9 months
- Nothing to keep if you leave
Illustrative comparison. The $500/mo figure reflects a common entry subscription in the multifamily website market; your actual savings depend on the plan you choose.

Add what you need, when you need it
Add-ons are optional. Most communities start with a package and add marketing once the site is live.
What the from $1,500/mo program covers
It is a defined program, not "we will do some SEO." That includes getting you found in AI answers, which most apartment vendors do not touch yet.
- Local SEO so you rank for searches in your city and neighborhood
- Generative engine optimization (GEO) so you show up in ChatGPT and Google AI answers
- Content written for the searches renters actually make
- Google Business Profile optimization and listing cleanup
- Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and schema
- Monthly reporting tied to leads, not vanity metrics
Flat fee or a share of spend
Pick whichever is fairer for your budget. Smaller budgets usually come out ahead with the percentage option, and there is no long contract.
The things people ask before they sign
How much does a new apartment website cost?
Sites start at $2,500 for the LeaseUp package and $4,500 for CommunityPro. Most communities invest between $4,500 and $8,000 for a custom, lead-focused site. Management companies and portfolios get a custom quote. Pricing is published on our pricing page, so you never have to ask.
How long does it take to build a site?
Most sites launch in two to four weeks, depending on how quickly we get content, photos, and approvals. Larger portfolio sites take longer, and we give you a clear timeline before any work starts.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. We build on systems that are straightforward to edit, so your team can change text, swap photos, and post updates. For bigger changes, our support plans cover the work.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. Hosting is included for the first year on most packages and comes with daily backups, uptime monitoring, and security checks. After that, hosting is part of our monthly care plans.
