The headline number is simple: your vacant units multiplied by your average rent. That is the revenue those units would bring in if they were leased this month.
The payback figure is deliberately conservative. We assume a stronger website helps you lease units sooner, not that it conjures demand from nothing. If a clearer, faster site helps you fill one vacant unit a month earlier, you recover roughly one month of that unit's rent. We divide the package price by your rent to show how many of those small wins cover the build.
That is it. No inflated multipliers, no "10x your leads" promises. A website is one part of leasing. A good one removes friction so the renters you already attract actually book a tour.
